Another example; A child needs to have the pleasure of piece of chocolate. So he / she demand it. The parents refuse to give that pleasure to the kid. And the kid begins to be restless and angry & he / she suffer from mind.

The stress of mind comes out as the physical actions like screaming, crying, anger and they simply start their very own personal war.  But if still the parents refuse to full fill kid’s demand, the kid won't give up…

Then most of the parents get annoying and say "Ok! Will give you chocolate but you have to do this & that" parents also demanding. Sometimes they promise to give them in future, "will give you some chocolate tomorrow"…  Then also the kid surrenders… because the kid has a hope for the pleasure which is going to have in future.

So with that hope the kid giving himself / herself a temporary solution to avoid the restlessness he / she has on that moment… but still the kid suffer from the restlessness till he gets the taste as the way he / she desired.
